Resolved - TCR had an outage yesterday, and we have been informed that the outage caused a large backlog of number assignments, which caused some to be pending for a long time, or to fail. We are seeing numbers assigning normally this morning. We will re-open the ticket if we see delays.

10DLC MMS delivery delays to AT&T
Resolved - We're seeing normal delivery now to AT&T, MMS. We're resolving this now and will re-open if we see the delay issue again.

Identified - This appears to be an AT&T-wide issue, and is affecting all 10DLC MMS traffic industry-wide.

We are seeing messages being delivered now to handsets, so it appears to be just a delay, not an actual failure outage.

We'll keep this open until the delay is back to normal.

Investigating - We're seeing that this is ONLY affecting MMS messages on plum, to AT&T.

We're seeing messages with delivery receipts 'delivered' but it appears the messages are not getting to the handsets.
