We have identified a large delay on T-mobile when sending on the Plum route for MMS.
SMS is not affected, and all messages sent on Slate are being delivered normally.

Investigating
We are seeing reports across the board from aggregators that 10DLC MMS messages are likely to have some delay today.
While this continues, we recommend two things:
Send early. If you have time-sensitive MMS programs scheduled for today, start them as early as you can so they have time to finish delivering before your cutoff.
Turn off “Auto-Retire If Shadowbanning Is Detected” on your Plum MMS schedules. This setting watches carrier response rates to spot shadowbanning. When delivery is slow, replies come in late too, so the response rate can look low even when nothing is being blocked. That can make the system rotate or retire healthy messages and domains when it doesn’t need to. You can turn it back on once we post that delivery is back to normal.
