TCR had an outage yesterday, and we have been informed that the outage caused a large backlog of number assignments, which caused some to be pending for a long time, or to fail. We are seeing numbers assigning normally this morning. We will re-open the ticket if we see delays.

We are seeing delayed phone number activation right now. It appears to be affecting all routes and an industry-wide outage.
Existing numbers are working fine.
