We're seeing normal delivery now to AT&T, MMS. We're resolving this now and will re-open if we see the delay issue again.

This appears to be an AT&T-wide issue, and is affecting all 10DLC MMS traffic industry-wide.

We are seeing messages being delivered now to handsets, so it appears to be just a delay, not an actual failure outage.

We'll keep this open until the delay is back to normal.

Investigating

We're seeing that this is ONLY affecting MMS messages on plum, to AT&T.

We're seeing messages with delivery receipts 'delivered' but it appears the messages are not getting to the handsets.
